PUBLIC NOTICE – Invitation for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services
Construction of New Athletic Field House and Training Facility at West Feliciana High School

The West Feliciana Parish School Board (WFPSB) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the construction of a New Athletic Field House and Training Facility at West Feliciana High School.

Only those firms that have obtained the official RFQ package for this solicitation from www.centralauctionhouse.com or from the Point of Contact identified above will be considered by the WFPSB Selection Committee.
The original and SIX (6) copies of the SOQ shall be delivered to the West Feliciana Parish School Board (WFPSB)  via www.centralauctionhouse.com or by mail or other delivery service to the address listed above.
The SOQ submissions for this project will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
SOQ submissions that have not been received by the aforementioned deadline date and time will be rejected. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information required by the RFQ shall render the SOQ non?responsive and will result in its rejection.
A Mandatory Pre?Proposal Conference will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the West Feliciana High School Football Stadium located on Bains Road in St. Francisville, Louisiana, approximately 0.5 miles from the intersection of Bains Road and Highway 61. All firms interested in submitting a SOQ in response to the RFQ are required to attend. SOQs submitted by firms who do not attend the Mandatory Pre?Proposal Conference will be rejected.
SOQ Respondents, their consultants, sub?consultants, or other parties representing the proposed team for this solicitation may not contact any WFPSB CMAR Selection Committee members or WFPSB Board Members concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until after the date of the selection.
WFPSB and the WFPSB CMAR Selection Committee, reserve the right to reject any or all timely submitted SOQs in response to this SOQ for just cause and waive any information with any proposals received.
