Returned Proposals shall be returned no later than the time and date shown above. The  outside of the
RFP envelope/box if mailed by and delivered by the Untied Postal Service, Express Mail, Priority Mail, UPS,
Federal Express and all other similar types of carrier delivery shall be mailed to 14750 Plank Road, Baker,
LA, 70714 envelope/box shall be and labeled with the following inforamtion:
