Painting Services Project
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Davenport Florida until 2:00 P.M., October 23, 2023.

All bids must be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with "City of Davenport Painting Services Project – ITB 2023-006". Submittals shall be submitted together with any and all supporting documentation enclosed. A complete RFQ package, which contains all the necessary information, may be obtained by contacting Darryl Koon, Public Services Director at
[email protected] or (863) 419-3300 ext. 136 and/or Ray Leonard, Streets Superintendent at
[email protected] or (863) 419-3300 ext. 144.
Bids will be received in the City Clerk's Office at 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport, Florida until 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, October 23, 2023. Submittals may be either mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk's Office at 1 South Allapaha Avenue, Davenport, Florida 33837 prior to the above deadline. Postmarks will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the submitter to assure that Bids are received in the City Clerk's Office, no later than the specified time and date. Submittals received after this date and time will not be accepted or considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened.

The City of Davenport reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, to re- advertise, and to enter into a contract determined to be in the best interest, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions referenced herein above.
