NOTICE is hereby given to all interested persons or firms that the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is accepting sealed bids at the Jackson County Administration Building, 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida 32448 until 2:30 pm CST on Thursday, November 16, 2023 for the following project:

BID NUMBER: 2324-04         BID NAME: Sale of Surplus Vehicles and Equipment
 
DESCRIPTION: The Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is accepting bids for the sale of surplus vehicles and equipment. The specified vehicles and equipment will be sold as a package in “as is, where is” condition to the highest bidder. Only submittals from licensed auctioneers will be accepted.
 
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: November 16, 2023 by 2:30 pm CST
 
BID MUST BE SEALED and identified by the NAME OF THE FIRM, NAME AND NUMBER OF THE BID, ALONG WITH THE DATE AND TIME OF OPENING. Bids will also be accepted electronically at www.centralbidding.com.
 
Bids will be opened and recorded by the Purchasing Office of the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners located at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 2:30 PM or shortly thereafter.

List of bidders and awards (if any) shall be announced at a meeting of the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners.  Bid award will be made to the best bidder, but the right is reserved to reject any or all bids.Clayton O.
