The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport (MSPA) is seeking proposals for designation as the Port Authority’s Industrial HVAC/R Maintenance and Repair Services Provider.  All inquiries, including the Request for Proposals referenced herein, shall be in writing and directed to Angela Shortt, Purchasing Administrator, 2510 14th Street, Suite 1450, Gulfport, Mississippi, 39501 or via email [email protected].  You may also access all proposal documents at www.centralauctionhouse.com.  Upon written request, a Request for Proposal and Qualifications packet will be forwarded which will provide additional information required.  All proposals must be received by 3:00 PM Central Time September 10, 2020.

Additional Notes/Requirements

The MSPA is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit services for all interested, qualified, and licensed vendors who specialize in Industrial HVAC/R Services. For purposes of this RFP, “HVAC/R Services” shall mean responsibility for performing on call inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and other HVAC/R services in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications on HVAC/R systems of the MSPA located at the Port of Gulfport. HVAC/R Services shall be performed on buildings, structures, and equipment to include, by way of example and not as a limitation, the MSPA’s warehouses, freezers, chillers, offices, buildings, and cranes. HVAC/R systems include Unitary Systems, Package Systems, WPU, P-Tac, Reefer Racks, Small Chill Water HVAC, Mini Split units and CGAM. The MSPA will provide necessary materials for the performance of HVAC/R Services, unless otherwise instructed.
