Amendment 1:  Language included for electronic bid documents and submissions
 
The Neshoba County School District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals in the Neshoba County School District Office, 580 East Main Street, Philadelphia, MS 39350, until 2:00 pm, on March 4, 2022, for Elementary Supplemental Phonics Curriculum for Grades Kindergarten through Two.  Detailed specifications for the above described Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Neshoba County School District Office, 580 East Main Street, Philadelphia, MS 39350, or www.neshoba central.com, or by calling Dr. Penny Hill at 601-656-3752.  Also, Official Bid Documents can be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com.   
 
Instructions to Bidders which include electronic bidding submission:
 
All written responses shall be placed, with Proposals included therewith, in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Phonics Curriculum,” and submitted to the Neshoba County School District Office, 580 East Main Street, Philadelphia, MS 39350, until 2:00 pm, on March 4, 2022. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions regarding the electronic bidding process, please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814 or [email protected].  It shall be incumbent upon each bidder to understand the specifications and requirements and submit questions to Dr. Penny Hill at [email protected] by February 18.  It is not the intent of the specifications to limit the bidding to any particular provider of services, but rather to select services to fill specific needs.  Any reference to name-brand materials or services is intended to establish standards only and proposals submitted on materials, or services thereto shall be considered.  The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities.
