Repairs to the existing Community Building including but not limited to new retrofit roof framing system with standing seam metal roof, gutters and 
downspouts, repairs to exterior brick, parapet coping, door replacement, soffit 
repair.  Suspended ceiling repair and replacement, ceiling tile replacement, door 
replacement, floor refinishing.  Installation of metal building insulation at roof 
deck.
