"COST-PER-IMAGE" Agreement for Copying and Printing Services for Stone County School District

The Stone County School District is soliciting bids for certain managed print services pursuant to a “Cost-per-Image” Agreement for Copying and Printing Services.
The bids will be received by sealed bid at Stone County School District, 214 Critz Street, Wiggins, MS 39577 or electronically through Central Bidding on April  26, at 10:00 AM CST. Thereafter, bids will be taken under advisement and an award will result after careful consideration of all scoring categories.
A complete bid package which contains bid instructions, specifications and requirements may be obtained by emailing [email protected]. The following must be placed in the Subject Line of the email:

Potential Vendors will receive a complete bid package. Please include full contact information including company name, contact person, contact person’s email address and phone number. Emailed requests will be filled within 24 hours of submission and successful registration.
No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 45 days without the written consent of Stone County School District. Within the limitations of Mississippi State Purchasing Laws, Stone County School District, reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed the most favorable offering.
Revisions:
The District will be the sole determinants of whether any revisions/addenda should be issued as a result of any question or other matters, and may extend the bid deadline, if in the District’s judgment such information significantly amends this solicitation or makes compliance with the original proposed due date impractical. An evaluation of the bids will be conducted after the close of the Bid Process and submitted to the School District’s Board of Education for approval when the evaluations are complete. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids received for any reason, to waive any bid informality and to negotiate further with any bidder.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this Invitation for Bid (IFB), specifications
and related documents prior to the assigned return date, the District will send the revision via email to all parties to whom the District has sent the IFB and related documents. Vendors must adhere to the due date for IFB Questions listed on the IFB Schedule of Events.
