Scope of Work: The Base Bid of this project consists of the renovation of a space adjacent to the existing Emergency Department for a multi-bed Emergency Department treatment room and associated support spaces on the 2nd floor of East Jefferson General Hospital, 4200 Houma Boulevard, Metairie, Louisiana.  This area will be used to create a Mental Health Emergency Room Extension. The project also includes an Alternate for renovating the existing Staff lounge and adjacent spaces to enlarge the Staff Lounge and upgrade the finishes.
