Hey Cindy! I had a question regarding this RFP (Public Information Communication Services). We currently only offer mass notification system capabilities and cannot offer website/content creation. With that said, are you looking for a vendor that offers both together, or are you open to selecting two separate vendors based on their qualifications? I just want to make sure we're not wasting your time, or our time in this process. Please let me know. In response: 1. Are you willing to consider awarding more than one vendor for the services requested? For example, can we bid on only the Website Hosting portion and not the Mass Notification portion? -Yes, but proposals will be evaluated based on all criteria stated in the RFP. 2. How many school sites are you looking to have created? -Currently we have 17 school sites. 3.
