The proposed project includes replacing discharge piping; valves; installation of a new valve vault with concrete lid and traffic-rated hatch cover; replacing the pump bowl and base elbow to convert a vertical discharge pump to a horizontal discharge and equip the lift station with a guiderail system for each pump; relocating electrical controls; selective removal of the existing force main; the installation of approximately 400 lf of new 4” ductile iron force main and connecting to an existing manhole; bypass pumping; and surface restoration.
