It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing for the service of Transformer Repairs for Polemount and Padmount Transformers, on an “as needed basis”, for use by the City of Alexandria. This contract shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from award date. Contingent upon the availability of funds, and the ability of the successful proposer to honor the quoted prices, the City reserves the right to renew the existing contract for a period of up to two (2) additional years, in one year increments.
