St.Charles Parish Public Schools is seeking written proposals in order to enter into a 36 month contract, from July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2015, for the services of hosting school, district and classroom web pages, to meet the districts needs today and in the future.

The intent of the specifications is to invite request for proposals for E-rate eligible, cost-effective, web hosting services, as specified by the district, from a vendor who can provide high quality services and support in a timely manner.

Your proposal should address each of the following topics: 1.) cost, 2.) content/design, 3). ease of use, 4.) support and qualifications, 5.) security/backup/business recovery, and (6) prior experience. Read each section carefully in the attached document and provide a detailed written narrative describing each of the topics. In addition to providing a narrative, complete the: Web Hosting Services Costs Form that is provided. Online proposals are encouraged.
