The leased property consists of available space for wireless equipment with a separate antenna mounting area with associated allowance for connection of the equipment to the antenna; said space is located on the communications tower owned by the Washington Parish Government. The lease will be non-exclusive with the Washington Parish Government reserving the right to grant multiple leases to other parties who may or may not be a competitor with the Successful Bidder.

Sealed bids will be received at Washington Parish Government Administration Offices, 909 Pearl Street, Franklinton, Louisiana 70438,until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 13, 2011 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received afte the date and time specified above will be returned unopened.
