The District is seeking the Information Technology consulting services to provide knowledge and expertise to assist District staff in successfully upgrading the current 10g Oracle WebCenter (OWC) server production and non-production installations.

The awarded Consultant will have the option to work on-site or remotely.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for March 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka FL 32177. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to allow potential Respondents an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification on the requirements of the proposal documents.
