Sealed bids will be accepted until the hour of 10:00 a.m. C.S.T on August 25th 2011 and then publicly opened for the purpose of providing the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office with the following:

Bid specification can be picked up at the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office Purchasing Department at 2614 Tulane Ave., New Orleans, LA 70119 (504) 827-6703 or online at www.centralbidding.com. FAXED BIDS CANNOT BE ACCPETED AND WILL BE DISCARGED. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF BIDS BY USPS OR ANY OTHER CARRIER. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Friday August 19th 2011, at 10:00 a.m. C.S.T at Templeman Phase V, located at 3100 Perdido St. New Orleans, LA 70119.
