Per La. R.S. 41:1214, the bids provided for this lease must be secret and sealed, and must be hand-delivered by the bidder or his agent, or shall be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com.

If sent via the USPS, please send by registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested.

All bidders will be required to submit a $75.00 deposit for advertising costs pursuant to La. R.S. 421:1215.1 when submitting this R.F.P.  The funds will be returned if not the selected proposal.   

The successful Bidder shall be required to execute a lease, and all lease payments shall be by certified check in accordance with the provisions of La R.S. 41:1215.
 

Additional Notes/Requirements

Please fill out and submit the proposal acknowledgement form, along with the lease proposal. Please submit a $75.00 deposit with the submittal (La. R.S. 421:1215.1). The deposit will be refunded if the proposal is not selected.
