Request for Quotes
 
The Harrison County School District Board of Education will accept quotes for Online Crisis Training for the 2024-2025 school year. 
 
All quotes must be submitted to Melissa Garrison via email by July 30, 2024. Quote will be awarded by August 5, 2024, after school board approval on the same date.
 
Purpose
The purpose of this request for quotes is to obtain quotations for online crisis training.
 
Scope of Services
The services will include but are not limited to:
Online crisis training for employees not limited to appropriate restraint of students, de-escalation techniques, other factors contributing to crisis including disabilities and mental health;
Quality training that meets all federal and state guidelines for safety when dealing with students in crisis as appropriate for teachers in the state of Mississippi;
Trainings should include sound evidence-based methods and instructional techniques;
Training company should provide litigation assistance to defend the practices taught if questioned;
Training platform/services should be compliant with all state/federal regulations surrounding the protection of personally identifiable information. 
 
Delivery of Services
The 2024-2025 school year, minimum proposed
 
Selection Process
Quotes will be evaluated based on scope of services, experience, favorable references, services available, etc.
