DESCRIPTION:  St. Bernard Parish is hereby requesting written proposals to provide services to be performed at the direction of the St. Bernard Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
 
The Parish of St. Bernard is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to enter into a contract for canal debris removal services resulting from Hurricane Zeta (DR-4577) as directed by the Parish in order to eliminate immediate threats to public health and safety and/or that which is considered essential to ensure economic recovery of the affected community.
