The work shall generally consist of the following:
 
Furnishing of supervision, labor, and equipment for various public works and sanitary sewer system needs, identified and authorized by work order, that may arise between the date of the Notice of Award through February 28th, 2021.

Coordination with the City of Crowley Street Department regarding various public works needs, identified and authorized by work order, that may arise between the date of the Notice of Award through February 28th, 2021.

Coordination with the City of Crowley Sewer Department regarding various sanitary sewer system needs, identified and authorized by work order, that may arise between the date of the Notice of Award through February 28th. 2021.

All general contractors and 1st and 2nd subcontractors shall be licensed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors throughout the life of the contract.

Additional Notes/Requirements

A Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000.00 is required and shall be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required as stipulated in Section II (General Conditions) of the Specifications and Contract Documents. Builder’s Risk Insurance is not required as stipulated in Section II (General Conditions) of the Specifications and Contract Documents. Contractors or contracting firms shall certify that they are licensed contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and show their license number on the front of the sealed envelope in which their proposal is enclosed. General Contractors and 1st and 2nd subcontractors shall be licensed for the classification of Municipal and Public Works Construction.
