The work on this project consists of site preparation, demolition/removal of (2) existing water control structures, earthfill/embankment and excavation, installation of (2) water control structures, rock riprap armoring, base course aggregate, and timber pilings. All riprap shall be used from existing stockpile locations shown in the plans. The work included in the alternative bid for this project consist of 554 C.Y of rock riprap armoring on the scour hole located at the outfall of the Wolf Bayou structure, labeled “18” Thick – Wolf Bayou Scour Hole”. This work shall also include performing the necessary items outlined in the plans and specifications and associated with constructing the project according to the plans. 

The unit price bid for the project shall be payment in full for supplying all materials, equipment, labor and any other necessary incidental items necessary for performing all operations described herein.  Contract completion time is 110 calendar days.
