IT IS ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS that the clerk of the Board cause to be published for two consecutive weeks in “The Panolian”, newspaper published in Batesville, MS and having a general circulation in said County the following notice:
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
            Notice that the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 will receive bids until 8:30 a.m. at which time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest and best bidder for the following items for the year 2023.
1.   Untreated bridge timber, etc.
2.   Treated bridge timber, etc.
3.   Seal Rock – sizes #7, #8, & #57
4.   Rip Rap – Surge, #100, #200 & #300
5.   3000 PSI Portland Cement Concrete
6.  Bridge guard rails to meet State Aid specs
7.  Hot Mix asphalt, surface and wear course (ST 9.5mm, ST12.5mm & ST 19mm)
8.  Road signs
9.  Railroad tanker cars for culvert purposes
10.  Clay gravel-loaded on our trucks
11.  Wash gravel-loaded on our trucks
12.  Metal and concrete culverts
13.  Fiberglass culverts
14.  Plastic culverts
15.  Asphalt patching county road per ton hauling by county truck
16.  Asphalt patching county road per ton hauling by your truck
17.  Hot spray paint traffic markings and labor to install on county roads to meet State Aid specs
18.  Thermoplastic traffic markings and labor to install on county roads to meet State Aid specs
19.  Raised Pavement Markes and labor to install on county roads to meet State Aid specs
20.  Chemicals for roadside spraying (list of chemicals required are available in County            
        Administrator’s office)
21.  Labor to apply chemicals for roadside spraying (Specifications are available in County    
       Administrator’s office)
22.  Emulsified asphalt for surface treatment – State Aid Specs
            Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the County Administrator, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 or at www.centralbidding.com  until 8:30 a.m. on January 3rd, 2023 at this time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest or highest and best bidders.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
