BID PROPOSAL NO. 18-001
 
 
Sealed bids will be received until  2:00 P.M. CST on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, located at 3616 South I-10 Service Rd W, Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70001, and publicly opened upon completion of administrative tasks for the following: Commercial Janitorial Services at Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority, 5001 West Bank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072, 3616 S I-10 Service Rd W, Metairie, LA 70001, and 1500 River Oaks Rd W, Jefferson, LA 70123.
 
The work consists of Commercial Janitorial and Recycling services for (3) JPHSA facilities, as described in the Scope of Work. A general Scope of Work may be obtained between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CST, from Friday, August 18, 2017 until Friday, September 8, 2017 at 3616 S I-10 Service Rd W, Metairie, LA. All facility site visits must be prescheduled with the JPHSA Facilities Manager. Inquiries should be directed to Majied Harris, Facilities Manager, at 504-578-1560 or [email protected].
 
All bids must be in accordance with the contract documents on file with the Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority Fiscal Services Office, 3616 South I-10 Service Rd W, Suite 200, Metairie, LA 70001. All bidders must show the Bid Proposal Number on the outside of their bid envelope and on the bid proposal.  Late bids will not be accepted
 
JPHSA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and waive informalities, pursuant to the law. This is an all or none bid.
