THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN: The (AIRPORT) a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, with its mailing address of (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "AIRPORT” or "Seller"); and Hay cutter (hereafter referred to as "Buyer")?;

WHEREAS, Seller is a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, and is the owner of certain real property annexed hereto (the? Property) upon which will be grown grasses of a certain quality and variety harvestable as hay (the Crop); and

WHEREAS, Buyer has submitted the highest dollar proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Request for Proposal as advertised by Seller for the harvesting and purchase of the Crop;

NOW THEREFORE, Seller hereby sells to Buyer and Buyer hereby purchases from Seller all the Crop to be grown and produced on the Property during the five (5) year period as per the term of agreement noted below, in accordance with the following terms and conditions....
