NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen for the City of Oxford, Mississippi will receive written sealed bids for the purchase of supplies and materials for the City of Oxford. until the hour of 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi 38655.
Bid documents of all such supplies and materials may be obtained upon request from the Engineering Dept. at City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS. Bids should be submitted on the forms provided and prices quoted should be binding for the period from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. Bids must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked. Contracts for purchase will be made from the lowest and/or best bids submitted. Also, official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any/or all bids, and accept or reject any part of a bid.
