The St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) desires to procure a contractor to perform forestry site preparation by conducting a broadcast ground application of herbicides using a tractor or skidder-mounted herbicide spray rig across approximately 140 acres within the designated treatment areas at Deep Creek Conservation Area as outlined in the Statement of Work.
