Sealed bids will be received by Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 until, Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. CST.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
  
Freight charges, if applicable, should be included in the total cost of unit price when bidding. Bids may be rejected if not quoted FOB delivered or freight charges are not indicated on bid forms.

Fire Protection District #1 Headquarters, 13192 N. Airline Hwy., Gonzales, LA 70737
 
Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Department located at 615 E. Worthey St. Gonzales, LA 70737 or http://www.ascensionparish.net/.  Electronic Bids are accepted at Central Bidding.  Central Bidding can be accessed at http://www.centralauctionhouse.com. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any bid, response to a request for qualifications, or request for proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
 
The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.
 
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause.
