Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ridgeland, Mississippi, will receive written and electronic sealed bids for a (4) Year Lease on the items listed below. Bids will be received until the hour of 10:00 am. Friday, October 25, 2024, in the Recreation and Parks Office at City Hall located at 100 W. School Street, Ridgeland, Mississippi 39157 or may be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com.

Lease Duration: 4 years
Maintenance and Service: Proposals must include a detailed maintenance and service plan, including routine servicing and emergency repairs.
Insurance: The lessor must provide comprehensive insurance coverage for the equipment against damage, loss, or theft.
Training: Include provisions for training City personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment.
Delivery and Installation: The lessor is responsible for delivery and installation of all equipment.Proposal Submission:

All Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Sealed Bid” with the item you are bidding listed on the envelope.  Please put only one bid form in each envelope.  All bids shall be submitted in duplicate.  Bids will only be accepted on forms provided by the City and downloaded from www.centralbidding.com,.  Contracts for lease will be made from the lowest and/or best bids submitted, but the Mayor and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and accept or reject any part of a bid.
