The project generally consists of, but not limited to construction of 3.54 MGD four-cell sequencing batch reactor system, headworks, chlorine contact chamber, odor control, modifications to the existing wastewater treatment plant, equipment, electrical, instrumentation, controls, security system, demolition, piping, and other appurtenant and related items of work.
