PUBLIC NOTICE
The Assumption Parish School Board will receive sealed bids up to 10:00 AM on Friday, May 10th, 2024
at the Assumption Parish School Board 4901 Highway 308, Napoleonville, Louisiana 70390 for the
purchase of the following categories:
1. PAPER GOODS, CLEANING SUPPLIES/CHEMICALS
All bids must be sealed and addressed as follows:

The sealed bids will be opened and tabulated at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 10th, 2024. Quotations received
after 10:00 AM on Friday, May 10th, 2024 will be returned unopened. The Board reserves the right to take
under advisement or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities.

calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address,
telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant
Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form
