Sealed bids will be received by the Greene County School District up to and no later than 10:00 a.m. December 4th, 2024, at 530 Main Street, Leakesville, MS 39451, for the procurement of Category 2 E-Rate products and services via E-Rate funding and an Intercom System using alternative funding.  A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFPs) can be obtained by emailing Millie Rollins at [email protected].  If a response is not received within 24 hours, it is the responsibility of the respondent to call Millie Rollins at 662-630-0118 to confirm receipt of the RFP request.
 
All interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 6th, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at 530 Main Street, Leakesville, MS 39451. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference will not be considered.
 
Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. December 4th, 2024, at 530 Main Street, Leakesville, MS 39451.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows for the E-Rate Bid:

“2025 E-Rate Bid”
Bid Opening:  December 4, 2024 10:00 a.m.
 
Envelopes not so marked will not be considered.
 
Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. December 4th, 2024, at 530 Main Street, Leakesville, MS 39451.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows for the Intercom System:

The Greene County School District has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
