East Pier Wharf Improvements Project: The Contractor shall provide and furnish all tools, equipment, materials, supervision, labor, subsistence, rental, subcontractors, permitting, profit, overhead, appropriate taxes and any other related costs. The Contractor shall provide all materials required, except those specifically indicated as being Owner Furnished by Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport. The work includes all that is necessary to provide the Owner with a complete project, including but not limited to:
Removal and disposal of concrete curb, concrete barrier rail, light standard base, junction box, outlet and base. Demo of metal rail, wastewater pump, station, controls, force mains, electrical conduit, concrete slab & fire hydrant. Delivery of 20x20 pre-stressed concrete piles, cut off, engineer request pile strike, install test pile, cast in place concrete pile build up, riprap shore lining, guard rails, metal bollards, concrete joint pavement sealant & trench grate and frame.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 2510 14th Street, Suite 1450, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501 to be followed by a site inspection trip.
