ASCENSION CONSOLIDATED UTILITY DISTRICT #2 SANITARY FACILITIES
 
The Parish of Ascension hereby issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) for LPDES Compliance Testing.   Proposals will be received by the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey Street,  Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing P.O. Box 2392, Gonzales, LA 70707), until 04:00 p.m. local time on  June 4, 2019.  RFP’s received after 04:00 p.m. will not be accepted.
 
Louisiana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (LPDES) Compliance Testing
Ascension Consolidated Utility District #2 Sanitary Facilities
Purpose:
The Parish of Ascension (Parish) requires the services of a contract lab for sampling, testing, and reporting for LPDES permit compliance of all Ascension Consolidated Utility District #2 sanitary facilities owned by the Parish. 
 
Six (6) copies of proposal required.  Specifications/bidding documents may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department located at 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737. Electronic Bids are accepted at Central Bidding http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.  For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814. All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.
 
The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid , response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. 
 
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals for just cause.
