The Work includes selective demolition, paving, concrete slabs, steel bar joist , miscellaneous steel framing, concrete masonry unit walls, rough and finish carpentry, wood casework, hollow metal, metal doors, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, ceramic tile, acoustical lay-in and suspended gypsum board ceilings, solid surfacing, painting, gypsum board and metal stud and cmu interior walls, terrazzo flooring, tile flooring and LVT flooring, plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical systems, lighting, fire alarm systems, and other items shown on plans.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Ruston High School Gym located at 900 Bearcat Drive in Ruston, Louisiana. Owner Telephone (318) 255-1430. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
