Per SP-005 I have phoned Mr. Soriano, the railroad contact, numerous times and he does not answer nor has he returned my calls. Do you have another railroad contact that we may try. This railroad stuff could be expensive and i would be apprehensive to bid without getting their information.

Reference supplemental information to bidders in addendum 1; paragraph 1.3 paragraph 1.3 states that the contractor is still required to acquired the additional railroad insurance there is data required by the insurance carriers in order to price the premium in instances such as this... frequency of trains, passenger or freight, speed of train, number of trains, flaggers, etc... i did make contact with mr soriano yesterday per paragraph 1.3 but, he told me he could not give me the answers to the above questions and furthermore, he had no idea where to start or who to ask??? we need to get this info from somebody as it could be expensive. i am at lose at this point?
