The Board reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities. The Union County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board also reserves the right to reject any and all bids based in errors in formula(s).
  
All submitted bids must be honored for a minimum of 60 days after the bid opening date to allow proper time for the Board to evaluate the proposals, make an award decision, and initiate the Purchase Order process.
 
Upon delivery and acceptance by Union County, and upon receipt of an invoice, Union County shall remit payment in full within 45 days.
