Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, and then publicly opened and read at Picayune City Hall, 203 Goodyear Boulevard, Picayune, MS 39466, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete: Picayune Historic City Hall Restoration. The Project consists of exterior façade restoration / repairs and limited site improvements, all as more fully described elsewhere in the Contract Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from City of Picayune Department of Public Works at Picayune City Hall (address referenced above). A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of the request for Plans and Specifications or official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. A copy of the plans and specifications may be examined at the City of Picayune Department of Public Works.
A non-mandatory, in-person Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. local time, November 9th, at Picayune City Hall Department of Public Works, 203 Goodyear Boulevard, Picayune, MS 39466.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The City of Picayune reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded through grants received by the City of Picayune. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
