The purpose of this document is to provide the bidder with enough information to quote firm fixed prices and delivery. It is not our intention to limit the bidder to a specific copier solution. The bidder has the right to quote what they feel to be the best solution for the project, at the best price. The bidder must provide documentation, schematics, specification sheets and descriptions of the associated equipment.

Proposal Requirements: The objective of this Bid is to enable East Feliciana School Board to procure the highest quality product and services at a price that meets our budget.
All proposals must provide for complete installation of the system, including any set up of hardware or software required to make the system fully operational as of the date of completion.

• Bidders shall quote the above options each with the contract ending June 30, 2014.
• Copiers are to be quoted on a per copy rental basis including the equipment, service and supplies including staples but excluding paper with all needed items to operate and maintain the equipment except paper.
• The quoted units must conform to stated minimums as indicated in the (MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS SECTION).
• There is to be a replacement clause in the rental that if a copier is deemed to be problematic that it will be replaced with a unit with like capabilities upon our request.
• Bidders shall furnish Owner with brochures identifying each item of the bid, with deviations
