REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED PROPOSALS
 
The Beauregard Parish Police Jury does hereby Request Expedited Proposals for EMERGENCY MOSQUITO AERIAL ULV SPRAYING due to Hurricane Laura at:
 

1. The Beauregard Parish Police Jury Office, 201 West Second Street, DeRidder Louisiana.  RFP’s will be accepted through 2:00 o’clock p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, and will be opened and announced by Staff at 4:00 o’clock p.m. local time.
2. For the following item(s): EMERGENCY MOSQUITO AERIAL ULV SPRAYING
3. All proposals must be submitted on forms contained in the RFP, which may be obtained electronically at www.centralbidding.com.
4. Proposals may be held by the Parish of Beauregard for a period not to exceed forty-eight (48) hours from the date of opening the proposal for the purpose of reviewing and investigating the qualifications prior to award.
5. Official action may be taken within twenty-four (24) hours.
6. Proposal Submission:

Firms or companies desiring to provide services, as described in the Scope of Work, shall submit their EMERGENCY MOSQUITO AERIAL ULV SPRAYING proposal to Bryan McReynolds, Parish Administrator, by one of the following methods:
