Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for a project at MK Ranch located near the Apalachicola River in Gulf County, Florida.  We are having a pre-bid meeting for the project on:

We will meet at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, 558 S Murphy Rd Wewahitchka, FL 32465.  This is a remote site and access may be challenging, therefore, please bring a four-wheeler, side-by-side or other UTV.
 
A summary of quantities is shown below and is subject to change prior to release of bid documents:
 
3,275 lf of silt fence; 11,837 lf of turbidity barrier; Thirty-nine (39) ditch blocks (approx. 31,137 lf ditch block); Four (4) low water crossings; Thirty-nine (39) land smoothing (approx. 21,936 lf land smoothing); and 9,776 lf berm removal.  This work shall also include performing the necessary fill, necessary excavation, necessary site preparation, and other items outlined in the plans or associated with construction the project according to the plans and construction specifications.  
 
Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.
