The City of Pensacola seeks proposals from qualified consultants or firms to update and enhance our City Emergency Management Plans (CEMPs), Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs), and Continuity of Government Plans (COGPs). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals to ensure our municipality is adequately prepared to manage and respond to emergencies effectively.
