DESCRIPTION
A.         The project includes the construction of the following:
             1.   ADDITIONAL PARKING AT CANEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
             2.   A STORAGE BUILDING AT CANEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
             3.   A STORAGE BUILDING AT JOHNSTON-HOPKINS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
                   for the Iberia Parish School Board  - New Iberia, Louisiana.
 
WORK INCLUDED 
A.         This work is to be done at Caneview Elementary School in New Iberia, Louisiana.
             1.   Construct a new concrete parking lot as detailed on the plans.
             2.   Construct a new Storage Building as detailed on the plans.
 
B.         This work is to be done at Johnston-Hopkins Elementary School in New Iberia, Louisiana.
             1.   Construct a new Storage Building as detailed on the plans.
 
PROJECT SCHEDULE 
            Construction time is of essence and the Contractor guarantees completion of all work of this
            proposal (bid) within 120 calendar days from receipt of “Notice to Proceed” issued after
            execution of Contract pursuant to terms of the specifications.
 
            The contractor shall present a Work schedule to the architect for review and approval prior to beginning
            Work on the project.
