K-12 Grade Formative Assessment Platform (Language Arts, Mathematics, U.S. History, and Science):

Forest Municipal School District is requesting proposals for a K-12 Formative Assessment Platform for the subject areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, United States History, and Science. The formative assessment platform must include test bank items for teachers to create their own assessments and must provide three formative benchmark assessments for the subject areas of Language Arts (Reading and Writing), Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science for grades K-12. All test bank items and benchmark assessments must be aligned to the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards, and benchmark assessments must be designed following the MAAP assessment blueprint for each subject area.
