MANDATORY PRE-BID DATE AND TIME:  October 5, 2021  AT 11:00 A.M.  LOCATION:  BYRD AVENUE PRIMARY SCHOOL. 1600 SOUTH BYRD AVENUE, BOGALUSA, LA 7042  

BIDS - The Bogalusa School Board (BSB) will receive sealed Bids on the below referenced Project at 1705 Sullivan Drive, Bogalusa, Louisiana 70427 until 3:00 P.M. local time, on October 12, 2021 at which time all bids duly received will be opened publicly and read aloud.
2. WORK DESCRIPTION – Byrd Avenue Primary School Roof Recover as indicated in Section 01010 of this specification.
3. BIDDING DOCUMENTS - Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from: Bidding Documents may be obtained from the office of the Architect, fl+WB Architects, APC, on deposit of the sum of Eighty Dollars ($80.00), excluding shipping. This deposit for the first set of Bidding Documents will be refunded in full to Prime Bidders upon return of the Bidding Documents, including all Addenda, in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids. Deposits for subsequent sets of Bidding Documents and sets requested by Non-Prime Bidders shall be refunded, except that the cost of reproduction shall be deducted upon the return of such Bidding Documents, including all Addenda, in good condition within ten days after receipt of Bids. Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party makes all arrangements and assumes responsibility for all shipping charges. Complete Bidding Documents are also available in electronic form. They may be obtained from City Blueprint & Supply Co.
