The Work includes site work, concrete paving, site drainage, building canopies, concrete foundations, pre-finished metal siding, cmu block walls, structural steel framing, finish carpentry with casework, storefront systems, hollow metal frames & doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, painting, mechanical, standing seam metal roofs, prefinished metal roof panels and other systems as described in the contract documents.
The Lincoln Parish School Board (Owner) is self-performing all of the electrical and plumbing work for this project as shown on the plans and in the specifications, including all labor and materials associated with the electrical and plumbing. This work is being done by their full-time employees that are licensed in their respective disciplines. All other work shown on the plans, including the mechanical, is to be part of the General Contractor’s scope of work and shall be included in their base bid price.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, October 22,
2020, at the Lincoln Parish School Board Office located at 410 South Farmerville Street in
Ruston, Louisiana. Owner Telephone (318) 255-1430 and Fax (318) 255-3203.
Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project.
Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
