Addendum No. 1 The following changes, additions, deletions and/or clarifications are hereby made part of the Request for Qualifications. 1. On Page 3, Five (5) copies of the statement of qualifications should be packaged, sealed, and properly labeled as follows: NAME OF FIRM OR INDIVIDUAL ?STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES BLACK CREEK COOLING WATER FACILITY ? MDEQ REHABILITATION OF HIGH HAZARD POTENTIAL DAM STUDY? and delivered or mailed to: Jackson County Port Authority, Purchasing Department, 3033 Pascagoula Street, P. O. Box 70, Pascagoula, MS 39568-0070, no later than 2:00 p.m., March 31, 2022. An electronic proposal can also be submitted through www.centralbidding.com. The Selection Committee will open and review each statement and select a qualified firm or individual with which to negotiate. All bidders shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 1 consisting of one (1) page. Please e-mail the signed acknowledgement form to [email protected]. Submit the signed Addendum with the Proposal and acknowledge receipt of any such addenda on the OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
