The Work includes site work, concrete walks and steps, site drainage, suspended extruded aluminum canopy, concrete foundations, cmu block walls, pre-engineered steel framing, prefinished metal wall panels, hollow metal doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, painting, electrical, mechanical, standing seam metal roofs, welding exhaust and dust collection systems, and other systems as described in the contract documents.
