          MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI  39307
 
According to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Archer • Hollomon Architects and described in general as:
 
ADVANCED MANUFACTURING LAB
 
Sealed bids will be received at Hardin Hall, in the Administration Board Room on the main campus of
Meridian Community College (910 Hwy 19 North, Meridian, MS 39307)
 
In addition, Electronic Bids will be received by electronic bid submission through www.centralbidding.com.
 
UNTIL 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, APRIL 4, 2019
 
Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time and that place.  Bids received after that time will not be accepted.  Interested parties are invited to attend.
 
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Campus of MCC Workforce Development Center (1524 Hwy 19 North, Meridian, MS 39307)
 
AT 2:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20, 2019   
 
Proposed Contract Documents may be examined at: The offices of Archer Architecture, PLLC, or the offices of Hollomon Architecture, P.A. as listed in the project directory. In addition, electronic download of Proposed Contract Documents may be purchased online from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids can only be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814.
 
 
Mississippi licensed contract bidders may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents from Archer Architecture, PLLC, 717 Front Street Extension, Meridian, MS 39301, as follows:
 
1.   One set of Contract Documents (Project Manual, including Specifications, plus one set of prints of
      the Drawings) shall be provided to bidders at $250.00 Deposit, refundable, if returned in good condition
      within ten (10) days of Bid Reception. 
2.   Each additional copy of the Contract Documents (Project Manual, including specifications, plus one (1)
      set of prints of the drawings) shall be available upon payment of $250.00 Deposit, non-refundable.
3.   No partial sets will be issued.
 
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bids and in the bidding.
