The Livingston Parish Government is soliciting qualifications and proposals for abstracting, title and legal services for the acquisition of up to fourteen properties in Livingston Parish through the Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program administered by the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP). The Livingston Parish Government is considering the acquisition of these properties to mitigate against future flooding and damages. The structures will be demolished and the property will be returned to green space in perpetuity. The Livingston Parish Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
