The District’s Palm Bay Service Center Administrative Building is a 32,500 square foot office building that consist of both offices and cubical space. The objective is to create additional office space within two areas as outlined in red on Exhibit 1 – Floor Plan.
 
1) The COMPLIANCE area currently has four (4) cubical workstations with windows. The goal of this area is to add divider walls to create new offices and store front glass to the hallway side of the newly constructed offices. 

2) The COMPUTERS/PLOTTERS area is currently a single large room with one entrance way and three (3) cubicles. The goal of this area is to divide the room into three (3) individual offices and add two (2) doors. Work must be completed weekdays after 5:00 pm and ending before 5:00 am; weekends starting Friday 5:00 pm and ending before 5:00 am Monday morning.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for April 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at District Palm Bay Service Center, Administrative Building, 525 Community College Parkway, Palm Bay, FL 32909.
